Professor Burnett was very thorough in ensuring that all that needed to be discussed was. He spoke with clarity, investigated my issue extensively and discussed possible treatment options and implications. He recognised my input as patient and I felt he valued this, he also took the time to clarfy any misunderstandings and spoke in plain, easily understood language.

Very thorough in explaining the procedure both pro and con. Listens to your every concern and respond with genuine care and concern.

Everything was excellent except a 1 hour delay in being seen.

Best surgeon for urological problems!!

Dr Burnette was thoughtful and a good listener and was able to come up with ideas of what possibly may be my issue and what he could do to help once he physically check the issue.

This type doctor is so rare, I can't say enough positive about this Dr. Burnett!!!

First, the appointment started over half an hour late after the scheduled time. Second, I brought imaging and the physician did not even look at any of the scans during my appointment and only briefly read the radiologist's report. The physician did not seem to really listen to what I was telling him and only expressed his point of view of what my future treatment should be, which is not in line with what I expected considering my issue, another doctor's prior opinion and the fact that he only talked to me for a very short period of time. On top of that, his bedside manner could use some improvement so needless to say, I will not be returning to this practice.

Dr Burnett is an excellent, experienced provider. He spent hover 45 minutes with me and my wife. He addressed your concerns and questions and his plan of care was clear and reassuring.

Excellent provider, doctor/surgeon listened attentively & well, answered questions in plain language - took time to make sure I understood. Great experience, not nearly as bad as projected by me and EXCEEDED all expectations with treatment and recovery.

Dr Burnett, IMHO, is excellent in communication, very pleasant, and seems like among the best in his field. I feel lucky to be under his care.

Provider was 1.5 hours late to arrive at our meeting. I arrived 45 minutes early. Provider was 2 hours late at our previous meeting.

Perhaps the most unsatisfying visit with a Hopkins provider ever (been a JH USFHP member since 1997). I'm sorry to say that Dr. Burnett looked like he was falling asleep several times while I talked. His only remedy was a surgical procedure which I've decided against.

Dr Burnett is always patient and willing to answer any questions.
