Dr Traill is an excellent clinician who listens carefully to my explanation of my health problem and who has a flexible, human approach to suggesting solutions. While some situations require only a very specific treatment or procedure (e.g., pacemaker battery depletion), others will yield to a range of therapies. In the latter cases, Dr. Traill makes me a full partner in selecting the way forward. My concerns and preferences are given a full hearing.
