Biography

Dr. Moody D. Wharam is a professor of radiation oncology and molecular radiology sciences at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Wharam specializes in radiation oncology and pediatric oncology, and his research interests include pediatric brain and solid tumors.

Dr. Wharam earned his medical degree at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He completed a residency at the University of California, San Francisco, and a fellowship at the University of California Davis Health System. He is American Board of Radiology-certified in therapeutic radiology.

He is a member of the International Society of Pediatric Oncology, the Children’s Oncology Group and the American Society of Radiation Oncology.
