      Dr. Recaurte has been professional, personable, and has shown interest in my case. I have hearing problems, and he repeats his questions and comments for me when needed. He also encourages my husband to be involved.

      Dr. Ricaurte is very caring. He does not list to what you say, he asked questions. He took the time to make me comfortable and to discuss anything I asked. He is very knowledgeable and caring.

      I had recently read people describing how quickly their grandmothers (with PSP) had declined after spending several good years of self-sufficient living. I recently had some of the same "bad" indicators happen to me, and I was feeling doomed and a bit down. The doctor's cheerful attitude and positivity made a big difference in my mental attitude. He reminded me that the progression of my disease is my own and doesn't follow any preset path.
