It was my first visit

Dr. Riley is great when you spend time with him. However, the 2+ hours of blank time in between my contact with him was unsatisfactory.

After a five minute review of problem, was given a print out of exercise and excused

As always, Dr Riley and his staff provided the best care I could hope for.

I am not sure the provider or scribe really listened to my explanation of my symptoms. The visit notes had incorrect information from what I stated during the visit. The physician provided me with exercises for my lower back when the pain was in my upper back scapula region. On my last visit with him last year he was 3 hours late and he never apologized. This visit was less than 10 minutes.

Dr. Riley calmed my nerves about the upcoming surgery required. He had great bed side manner as well. He was highly recommended by two people.
