My provider administers the Best #1 Clinic for vision in the World, and has developed a treatment system for increasing my vision, and reducing the already damage done. It doesn't need anything more ftrom me, except as a an expert myself in curriculum and education training I observe a highly trained and developed system for passing on skill sets. Unless he sees, or knows of a reason why he should give the last eye stick he lets an advanced student handle that task, and that is how you build well trained doctors.
