Johns Hopkins Primary Care Consortium Retreat

Primary Care Consortium Biennial Retreat to Advance Primary Care on February 24, 2015 from 12-5PM in Turner Auditorium

We are happy to announce the Primary Care Consortium Biennial Retreat Retreat to Advance Primary Care - Inspiring Excellence, Innovation, and Joy. The retreat brings together primary care practitioners and supporters from across the Schools of Medicine, Nursing and Public Health to share ideas, celebrate primary care, and create a primary care network across campuses. We look forward to a great event and invite you to submit an abstract of your primary care related work.

We welcome any abstracts, which focus on primary care and relate to any of our four pillars - education, research, care delivery, policy. We ask each abstract contain 200 or less words described in the following sections: Problem, Approach, Outcome, Next Steps. Our deadline is November 4, 2014. Email your submission to jfields@jhmi.edu.
