Traveling for Care?
Whether you're crossing the country or the globe, we make it easy to access world-class care at Johns Hopkins.
I am delighted to announce that two outstanding physiatrists will be joining the department as clinical associates this summer:
Shelly Boone, M.D.
Dr. Boone will be joining us in early July of this year to assume the position of Inpatient Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Consultant at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Her duties will also include seeing outpatients in the Meyer Clinic and the Good Samaritan Professional Rehabilitation Clinic, for both electrodiagnostic testing and rehabilitation management. Dr. Boone obtained her M.D. degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and graduated from the Ohio State University Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency training program. She has been in a private musculoskeletal and pain management practice in Hilliard, Ohio since 2008.
Tiffany Williams, M.D.
Dr. Williams will be joining us in early August of this year in the position of Interventional Pain and Spine Physiatrist at both Good Samaritan Hospital and JH Bayview Medical Center. Dr. Williams graduated with an M.D. from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine, completed her PM&R Residency at the University of Michigan, serving as Chief Resident, and as of June 30th, will have finished her Pain Medicine Fellowship in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Michigan.
Please join me in welcoming them to the department and to Johns Hopkins.
