You visit the clinic.  Dr. Schwarz feels like the potassium is upsetting your stomach.  She stopped the lactulose.  That's a good reason to celebrate.  You go fishing with Mom and then to Chi-Chi's.  Jackie Moreland has just been transplanted.  That moves you to the top of the list.  This list is quite elusive.  It depends on time on list, condition, and location of donor (hospital, state, region).  I'm not sure whether adults and children are mixed in the final decision or not.  Solid answers are hard to come by.  I'm not so sure that this is not done for everyone's benefit.
