The Saga of Sam

Your stomach distention seemed better on Sunday morning.  We went to church, then to the movies and to dinner.  At church, you stayed with us instead of going to Youth Group which was odd.  We saw "Monkey Troubles" at the movies and after dinner took Chris home.  That night your stomach was noticeably distended.  You were puffy from mid-chest down to the belt line.  There was no mistaking that something was abnormal.  Mom was visibly concerned.  We discussed a trip to the Emergency Room, but felt that better care would be received by seeing the pediatrician, Dr. Josephs, the next day.
