I guess there were signs, but it seems like you needed to know the answer to have picked up those signs.  In November of 1993, you had repeated nose bleeds that led us to the pediatrician, Dr. Aguto.  After sinus x-rays, Dr. Aguto suggested we get a humidifier and let you 'grow out of it'.  The humidifier seemed to work.  The nose bleeds stopped.
