• 1979, Hopkins performs our first living donor parent to child transplant surgery
• 1983, Pediatric Kidney Transplant program established at Hopkins 
• 2003, first Camp AllStars held for pediatric kidney transplant patients
• 2004, Johns Hopkins pediatric transplant patients reunite for first bi-annual "Pediatric Transplant Celebration"
