William A. Stout, Jr. MBA is a Management Engineer in the Operations Integration department of the Johns Hopkins Health System. Bill has28 years of service with the Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins Health System. He holds a BS degree in Business Management and an MBA from the University of Baltimore. Experience using SPSS, SAS, Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Word.
Current projects (10/2005) include JHOC OR throughput study, Continuing Medical Education (CEM) staffing study, the Bed Turn project, HAL vs non-HAL net margin study, and volunteering as a coach in the Johns Hopkins Comprehensive Unit-based Safety Program (CUSP) working with management in the Moore Clinic.
