 JHHS Operations Integration is the internal consultancy group helping John Hopkins identify, capture, and achieve operational and strategic improvement opportunities. The department advances organizational performance by utilizing a systems approach to analyzing processes, building relationships and facilitating change. JHHS Operations Integration staff lead or facilitate organizational efforts for business process improvement, change management, systems redesign and integration, and solutions development.
