Pre- and postoperative care of inpatients undergoing surgical procedures associated with the thoracic and genitourinary systems, plus some general surgery patients.

- Ages 16 and up
- Services include: Care for transhiatal esophagectomy, thoracotomy, telemetry monitoring, Doppler monitoring, chest tube management, General Surgery, Ophthalmology
- Average length of stay: 2 to 5 days
