Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program - CIIRP (Halsted 3)

Interdisciplinary rehabilitation for patients with acute, medically complex conditions, with the goal of increasing their independence and function while preparing them to return home.

Patient Population
  • Adults ages 18 and up
  • Diagnoses including neurosurgery, stroke, orthopedic, cardiac, oncology, trauma and solid organ / bone marrow transplants
  • Average length of stay: 8.9 days
Number of Beds
  • 14
Nurse/Patient Ratio
  • 1:4
Rotation/Shifts
  • All shifts available, both 8- and 12-hour, every other weekend
  • Flexible, self-schedule
Skill Mix
  • RN and LPN staff
