This is a great resource that I prescribe for my patients who have irritable bowel syndrome. For people with IBS, many common foods can trigger symptoms like abdominal cramps, bloating, diarrhea and constipation. This app helps them know which foods are best to eat and which ones to avoid, along with recipes and other tips. While waiting to get in with a nutritionist—or in cases where that may not be an option due to cost—this app arms patients with information that can help improve their health.
