Prepare for an Appointment

Please contact the Sleep Disorders Center at 443-287-3313 for further information about preparing for an appointment.  You may also want to consider bringing the following with you to your appointment:

  • Your sleep diary.
  • List of/bottles of medications (including over-the-counter and natural therapies) you are taking.
  • A list of questions you have about your sleep.
  • You may also want to bring a family member who may have observed you experiencing sleep problems.
