Our team wants to make sure we are prepared for your visit and reserve the appropriate amount of time for each patient. At times, we may need to consult colleagues who may be able to assist prior to your visit. Therefore, before we can schedule an appointment, we first need you to fax us your most recent MRI reports, blood work evaluation records, and referrals, if necessary.

We prefer that you do not send the original films to us. It is, however, important for you to provide these films to us in advance and also to bring them with you to your scheduled appointment.
