Refer a Patient

If you are a physician and wish to refer a patient, please contact Jillian Detherage at 410 955-4894. She will ask that all pertinent records be sent to us by fax or mail. After receipt, the appropriate physician and allied health professional appointments will be made.

Phone calls are usually returned within 24 hours and appointments are usually scheduled within 6 weeks of contacting our center and often sooner. Katie also may be contacted by e-mail at jdether1@jhmi.edu.
