Refer a Patient

To refer a patient to the Johns Hopkins Headache Center, please fax a written referral request to 410.550.0539 and then contact our referral coordinator Beverly Wesko at 410.550.ACHE (2243).

We kindly request that all supporting documentation and imaging be brought with the patient at the time of the appointment, or sent to our office prior. To ensure fairness, patients will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis in all but the most exceptionally urgent cases. Due to high demand, our physician appointments are often booked well in advance, but our nurse practitioner can often see appropriately screened patients sooner.
