Contact Us to Request an Appointment

Our team wants to make sure we are prepared for your visit, that we reserve the appropriate amount of time and that we consult colleagues that may be able to assist prior to your visit. Therefore, before we can schedule an appointment, we will need you to provide us with the following:

Please fax your most recent imaging reports (CT, CTA, MRI, MRA, Angiogram) to 410-614-1783.

Please do not send films or CDs to us in advance. You will be required to bring those to your scheduled appointment.

After we receive your information, one of our team members will review your records and call you to discuss appointment recommendations.

For assistance with making an appointment, please contact the Johns Hopkins Aneurysm Center at 410-614-1533.
