Lakesha Johnson

Lakesha received her B.S. from Southern University and A&M College in biology/microbiology and chemistry in December 2007. She graduated Magna Cum Laude as Chief Student Marshal. Lakesha is now a Johns Hopkins School of Medicine PREP Scholar.

Lakesha’s research project is an in-depth investigation of the novel mechanisms of stem cell migration and characterization of multiple brain tumor and neural stem cell lines.
