Dr. Solomon received his PhD in Neurobiology and his MD from the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York. He completed a medical internship and neurology residency at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a post-doctoral fellowship at Johns Hopkins in neuro-otology. Dr. Solomon then returned to the University of Pennsylvania to work as a clinical neurologist in the Balance Center, as well as to conduct research on human turning.

Dr. Solomon returned to Johns Hopkins in 2004 to join the full time faculty. Currently an Assistant Professor, Dr. Solomon conducts research in the Motion Analysis Laboratory at Kennedy Krieger Institute and sees patients adult hydrocephalus, as well as vestibular and balance disorders.
