Prerequisites:

Successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency in Neurology, Child Neurology, Psychiatry, or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

In your letter of interest, please be sure to specify that you are applying for the Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship program and indicate when you desire to begin training.
