Hopkins RESTORE TEAM Triathlon/Duathlon

Project Restore Team 2011projectrestoreteam

Please join the JOHNS HOPKINS RESTORE TEAM as we compete in the Cascade Lake Duathlon and Triathlon, Hampstead, MD on May 12, 2012.

The RESTORE Team is an endeavor led by The Johns Hopkins Project RESTORE, a collaborative effort to restore hope, function and lives to people fighting debilitating diseases such as multiple sclerosis (MS) and transverse myelitis (TM).

Our goals are:

  1. To raise awareness about the merits of physical fitness for people confronting challenges brought about by neuroimmunologic disorders and disability; and
  2. To raise funds for Project RESTORE and create an awareness campaign for the incredible breakthroughs at Project RESTORE.

If you or a loved one is facing challenges from these neuroimmunologic diseases, or you would like to support our effort, please come join our team!  Our goal is to prove that athletic achievement IS POSSIBLE, even for those who have been told that their diseases represent a lifelong constraint on physical capability.  You can also join the RESTORE Team to participate in a relay team.
