Deidra C. Crews, M.D., ScM, FASN

Deidra Crews, M.D.

Dr. Crews is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. After earning her medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine,Dr. Crews completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine on the Osler Medical Service at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Subsequently, she completed fellowship training in Nephrology at Johns Hopkins Hospital and a master of science in clinical epidemiology at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Dr. Crews joined the Division of Nephrology faculty in 2009.

Dr. Crews serves as a member of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Chronic Kidney Disease Surveillance Team.  She is also a scholar of the Harold Amos Medical Faculty Development Program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and a fellow of the American Society of Nephrology.
