 Flora

2 or more of the following organisms in equal amounts:

• Staphylococcus sp. (coag neg)
• Streptococcus viridans
• Micrococcus sp.
• Corynebacterium sp.
• Neiserria sp (non-N. meningitidis/gonorrhoeae)
• Haemophilus sp(non H. influenzae/hemolyticus)
• Bacillus sp.

Any organism not listed as normal aerobic flora.

Pure growth of any aerobic organism.

Pure growth of any anaerobic organism. 

Mixed skin flora present:

• Anaerobic Neg Rods
• Clostridium sp.

Mixed GI flora present:

• Bacteroides fragilis
• Clostridium perfringens
