Policies:

• Only certified users with membership can make reservations. Such users have user-ids and card-key access to the facility after hours.
• Please, sign up for only as much time as you need.
• If you fail to appear within the first 30 minutes of your reservation ("no-show"), there is a hefty penalty (see Fees) and you forfeit the rest of your reservation. Cancel your reservation as soon as you know it's not going to be used.

Extra Rules for Zeiss Meta Confocals:

• Users can reserve no more than 10 hrs/week during prime-time workday use (MF 9-6, exc holidays).
• Reservations must be cancelled by 5PM of the prior day. Last-minute cancellations via webcalendar will no longer be allowed.
• Excess time reserved, but not used, will be billed at a 50% rate. ("No-shows" will continue to be treated differently.)
