Please bring your fluorescent or brightfield slides to be imaged on the Nuance FX Multispectral Imaging System and Leica DM 5500B Fluorescent Microscope.

Topics will include the following:

• Quantifying multiple protein expressions in a single tissue section using bright-field or fluorescence modes
• Elimination of auto-fluorescence for robust protein quantitation
• Imaging, un-mixing, and analysis of co-localized protein within cell compartments
• Intact tissue vs. separation technologies
• Use of pattern recognition software to automatically segment different areas of tissue (i.e. Tumor vs. Non-tumor)
