  • suzanne SLATTERY

image Originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Suzanne received a BFA from School of Visual Arts in New York. After many years of pursuing dual careers as a painter and arts manager in New York and Philadelphia, Suzanne is returning to school to study the exciting field of medical illustration. She will graduate in May, 2011, although she knows this is really only the beginning of her education.

"Johns Hopkins University and The Department of Art as Applied to Medicine have opened my eyes to all the opportunities in which my art can play a role in the field of science and medicine. I am thrilled to be entering this area of expertise."
