Laboratory Animal Medicine

The Laboratory Animal Medicine faculty, fellows and residents assist Research Animal Resources with the clinical care of research animals at the Johns Hopkins University.

Clinical veterinarians on call are responsible for all medical or surgical cases, as well as consultations that develop during their on-call time. In addition to clinical service, Laboratory Animal veterinarians collaborate on research projects within and outside the department.
