Food Therapy

Does anyone remember the ever hearing the quote "you are what you eat"? Well this is a theory in Chinese Medicine that certain foods have aspects of either "hot" or "cold", where each person is able to eat certain foods to ensure a healthy lifestyle. Being able to combat certain illnesses is also dependent on this food therapy concept.
