Italian Soccer Legends in Baltimore for Youth Soccer Camp - Limited Space Available July 17th-19th

Italian super star soccer champions Alessandro ‘Billy’ Costacurta and Massimo Oddo will bring Champions International Camps to the Essex College fields in Baltimore with Pete Caringi July 17th-19th, 9-1pm daily. This camp will be a once in a life time experience for children to come on to the field and have teaching and fun with Italian soccer legends. The champions will be joined by 3 renowned international coaches Malin Feuck, David Suazo and Stefano Eranio. This unique camp benefits Red Card Cancer at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center.

Red Card Cancer the charity beneficiary of Champions International Camps and is a call to action, uniting the soccer community against cancer by supporting cancer research at Johns Hopkins. Red Card Cancer is partnered with Major League Soccer’s D.C. United, collegiate and youth clubs across the country. “This is a unique opportunity to bring to-gether two very important goals – healthy kids and curing cancer. As a soccer enthusiast, I’m proud that soccer is cen-tral to both. Together, Champions International Camps, Red Card Cancer and Johns Hopkins are making a real differ-ence in the lives of children and adults,” says William G. Nelson, M.D., Ph.D., and Chairman of the Johns Hopkins Kim-mel Cancer Center.


Champions International Camps were founded by four Italian soccer legends: Alessandro “Billy” Costacurta, Massi-mo Amborosini, Fabio Cannavaro and Massimo Oddo. These players have conquered the most prestigious National Italian and International awards. Their expertise, passion and values are the basis for their successful international youth camps which are now coming to cities across the US this summer. "My partners and I had a vision for how to educate youth worldwide in this unique once in a life time camp experience. We are proud to be a part of Red Card Cancer as we want our camps to make a difference and help others." says Alessandro “Billy” Costacurta, Founder of Champions International Camps.


The camp will be hosted from 9-1pm on July 17th-19th at Essex College in Baltimore by renowned coach Pete Caringi. At the camp the champions will teach technical and tactical practices for campers to grow stronger and more passion-ate in their game. The camp has two main themes fun and fairplay. Pete Caringi says “This camp experience is unique like no other international camp in the US. Youth will be on the field with international champions as the CIC champi-ons will be on the field all 3 days 9-1 teaching soccer in a fun engaging way through fairplay and CIC’s core values.”
