Please join us for a webinar to discuss: What Every Survivor Needs to Know After Breast Cancer Treatment is Over

WHAT:   Johns Hopkins doctors tell you some of the things you need to know about the end of breast cancer treatment and throughout long-term survivorship. Topics will include follow-up guidelines, recommended screening and surveillance tests, survivorship care planning, tips for staying healthy, and returning back to your primary care provider. There will be time at the end of the discussion for participant questions and answers.
