Ms. Nina Simpkins of Bethesda, Maryland celebrated her recent Bat Mitzvah this past January by recognizing and honoring the memory of her close family friend, Naomi Tapper. In lieu of gifts, Nina directed her friends and family to make donations in honor of Ms. Tapper to support the novel work of Dr. Daniel Laheru in unknown primary cancers. Dr. Laheru is Associate Professor of Oncology at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer.
