The Fifth Bi-Annual Johns Hopkins Breast Cancer Conference: Controversies in Management-A Multidisciplinary Perspective
WHEN: March 26-27, 2010
WHERE: The Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotel, Baltimore, Maryland
WHAT: The goal of this conference is to discuss the management of controversial issues that affect all disciplines including surgical, medical, radiation, pathology, breast imaging, plastic surgery, and genetics. The outcome should be a better understanding of the management of patients in the presence of unusual clinical presentations. Some outcomes will be the reduction in the use of healthcare resources that result in over-utilization of tests/scans, improvements in quality of care and more effective management of patients.
