Being Jewish and Breast Cancer Risk: What You Need to Know Now

WHEN: April 27

Join us for a fantastic educational, community wide event coming up called, Being Jewish and Breast Cancer Risk: What You Need to Know Now.  Johns Hopkins has partnered with area synagogues, The Associated and Chesapeake Urology to present a program with the latest information about the connection between Jewish heritage, the genes linked to breast cancer and what to do to reduce your risk.  The event is free but registration is required.  Men and women are encouraged to attend.

Cancer Survivorship CME Course

WHEN: April 28
The Johns Hopkins Cancer Survivorship: Improving Outcomes and Promoting Patient- Centered Care symposium is designed to provide health care practitioners a comprehensive overview of the medical and psychosocial aspects of cancer survivorship care, including approaches to clinical management.

This activity is intended for oncologists, primary care providers, nurses, nurse practitioners, health administrators, patient advocates, navigators and allied health professionals.
