JHHC's objective is to process your claim in less than 30 days of receipt and 100% correctly. Timely filing of claims is 180 days from the date of service.

Complaints, Grievances and Appeals
JHHC takes all complaints, grievances and appeals very seriously, handles them delicately and processes them quickly. it is evident through our detailed workflow and response grid. We strive to keep all of our members, clients and partnering providers satisfied, and provide general turnaround times for each line of business. All appeals must be received within 90 business days of the date of denial
