Visiting Hours at Johns Hopkins Bayview

Visitation is a patient right that is balanced by the primary focus of patient care and meeting the clinical needs of all Medical Center patients, and is not restricted by the Medical Center on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability. Visiting hours vary according to the specific needs of each unit, floor or patient. Call in advance or ask a nurse or staff member on your floor about visiting hours and guidelines.

For the health, comfort and safety of all our guests, visiting family members and friends should cooperate with all requirements from medical staff, especially related to our security and patient safety procedures. Additionally, due to government privacy laws, photographs and video are not allowed without prior patient and hospital consent.
