Johns Hopkins Bayview’s Division of Cardiology accepts a variety of health insurance plans. If you are a self-pay patient without insurance, please be aware that some diagnostic procedures require a deposit. For details, call financial counseling at 410-550-3505.
Payment of co-pay and deductible are required at the time of your appointment check-in.
If you cannot find the information you need, call the cardiac scheduling department at Johns Hopkins Bayview at 443-997-0274.
If you need refills for your prescriptions, please let your doctor know before you arrive for your appointment so your medication will be ready for you when you arrive. If you run out of your medication before your appointment, call your physician’s office or call 410-550-4642.
Members of the department of social work are valuable resources who can help you with many problems that might impact your health and care.
The Division of Cardiology offers social work services to outpatients and inpatients. There is no charge for this confidential assistance. Your doctor or nurse may make a referral for you.
