To fulfill our mission, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is committed to keep up with the changing needs of our patients, employees and community. The hospital offers a diverse catalog of programs and resources, available in classroom, e-learning, self-paced study and departmental settings, allowing learners to develop and attain the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Courses are delivered by experienced training and development staff, nurse educators and facilitators in a safe, confidential environment, ensuring the maximum learning outcomes possible. Additionally, the Coordinator of Diversity and Inclusion Programs offers personalized coaching and instruction as needed.
