JH Postdoctoral Association's 1st Annual Poster Session
The Johns Hopkins Post-Doctoral Association (JHPDA) will hold its 1st Annual Poster Session June 24th 2009. This event will take place from 4-6pm in Turner Concourse.
This 1st Annual Poster Session will be held in conjunction with a Wine and Cheese Reception during which Post-Doctoral fellows will have an opportunity to showcase their work and the winners of the 3rd Annual JHPDA Scientific Seminar Series will be announced.
Awards totaling $925 will be distributed among two categories: Clinical research and Basic/Translational Research (1st prize each $250 and 2nd prize each $100, 3rd prize each $75, people's choice $75). Come by to support your postdoctoral colleagues and gain firsthand knowledge of their scientific achievements.
The abstract submission deadline for this poster session is closed.

Documentary Screening

The presentations will be judged on the basis of scientific impact as well as broad appeal to the many disciplines at Johns Hopkins. The Seminar Series will continue with 2 other seminars later this spring. Please see our calendar on the JHPDA website for the schedule.
PRIZES TOTALING $1000 WILL BE AWARDED TO THE TOP THREE PRESENTERS OF THIS SEMINAR SERIES.
