Blood Drives: "Go with the Flow"

No single hospital in the nation needs more blood products in order to meet the needs of its patients than Johns Hopkins. So, if you knew you could save three lives with just about an hour out of day, would you? Bring a buddy and help us reach our goal in 2008 of 2,500 units. JHH President Ron Peterson, who has given blood for the past 35 years, is among our dedicated donors.

Appointments are encouraged; walk-ins are welcome. For your convenience, you can self-schedule. Or, call 410-614-0913 to schedule your appointment.

In addition to the satisfaction of knowing you will help our patients and neighbors, each employee donor receives a gift from the Red Cross and has his/her name entered into a quarterly raffle drawing for a special prize, as well as the 2008 annual grand prize drawing for a Caribbean cruise. Congratulations to Gillian Shaw, School of Medicine, Department of Molecular and Comparative Pathobiology, who won $300 worth of gift certificates from "Flowers by Chris" to use in 2008.
