Attention Managers and Directors:
While the JHHS SAP Training Team offers formal classes regularly, our most effective method for helping people is by holding an onsite Coaching event with a single department or functional unit. These sessions focus on the unique issues and concerns facing your department. Experienced users aren't concerned with a specific SAP transaction, as much as they're concerned with the follow-up to transactions and most importantly, getting the work done.

In meeting with your staff, you have three options:
a. Option #1: Our SAP instructors come to a room in your area that has wireless capability. Conference rooms are a popular location. It is an open-ended session with the questions from staff dictating the topics. The schedule can be open for all (e.g. 9am-12pm in Room ABC), or you can schedule specific staff at specific times (e.g. O/P staff from 10am-11am; I/P staff from 11am-12pm.) Another option is to schedule by transaction (e.g. Shopping Cart 9am-11am, Travel 11am-12pm; Online Payment 12pm-1pm.)
b. Option #2: In addition to being in a central room, one of our instructors is walked around the office to "check-in" on users - "How's it going? Any questions? Any recurring or common problems?" These informal "check-ins" while we're onsite, typically flush out the nagging problems users have with the system.
c. Option #3: We can schedule a PC classroom event for just your staff.
