How can Managers get into a Manager Development Program?

The Office of Organization Development and Training (OD&T) will contact all newly hired and newly promoted managers to enroll them in a Manager cohort. However, managers can get on a list to be called when openings exist. Contact Greg Finnegan at 410-955-2937.

How can Supervisors get into a Supervisor Development Program?

How can Leads get into a Lead Development Program?

You can call the Office of Organization Development and Training and sign up for a scheduled Lead Development Cohort. You can also fill out the attached Lead Cohort Registration From and submit it to Phipps 413 or fax it to 410-614-9554. We will confirm your enrollment.
