Onsite Sap Coaching
Members of the SAP Training Team will come to your office and meet with members of a single department or functional unit. Depending on the size of the department, a Coaching session can be scheduled for 2-5 hours. During that time, the training team is devoted to addressing the unique issues and concerns facing that department. This event can take place in a PC lab or a conference room with internet access. COURSES and WORKSHOPS
BW Reporting Workshop (1.5 hours)
This workshop will review basic BW navigation skills with a focus on the Monthly Comparison Report used by the Health System to track revenue expenses.
Viewing and Determining Workflow Workshops (3 hours)
The Viewing and Determing Workflow Workshop will give you the opportunity to determine approvers for SAP transactions: ISR, Non-payroll cost transfer, Travel and Expense, Online Payment, and Shopping Cart. You will also use advanced functions of Workflow for viewing approvers (agents) and processes (steps and status). There will be a review of resources used for updating and changing approvers when business process requires.
Online Payment Workshop (3 hours)
The Online Payment Request Workshop for JHHS will give you the opportunity to look up a vendor, submit an Online Payment Request, change an Online Payment Request and View Payment status using live data. This Workshop is intended for users who need a "refresher" on basic functionality and the chance to place real requests in the live system with the assistance of a facilitator.
Online Payment Request for the New User Training (3 hours)
The Online Payment Request for the New User Training will introduce participants to the SAP Online Payment Request process. The course will cover basic navigation, maintaining settings, processing data needed, entering and displaying documents, locating vendors, and saving documents. The course will also cover how to check approval workflow, attach and view documents, and check payment statuses. This course is intended for users with little or no experience.
Advanced Online Payment Request Workshop (2 hours)
The Advanced Online Payment Request Workshop for JHHS will give you the opportunity to display, edit and delete documents, attach documents, view workflow, research vendor payments, and resolve R/3 Inbox issues using live data. This workshop is intended for experienced users who want to learn advanced functionality and need to resolve real system issues.
Shopping Cart Workshop (3 hours)
The Shopping Cart Workshop for JHHS will give you the opportunity to create default settings, create a Shopping Cart, check the status of a Shopping Cart, and enter a Goods Receipt (confirmation) in the live system. This workshop is intended for users who need a "refresher" on basic functionality and the chance to place real orders with the assistance of a facilitator.
Shopping Cart for the New User Training (6 hours)
The Shopping Car for the New User Training will introduce participants to the SAP Shopping Cart system. This course will cover basic navigation, maintaining the default settings, adding items to carts, entering cost assignments, entering vendors, adding notes, changing ship-to locations, and saving order documents. This course will also cover how to check order statuses, obtain purchase order numbers, and confirming recepit of goods. The course is intended for users with little or no experience.
Advanced Shopping Cart Workshop (2 hours)
The Advanced Shopping Cart Workshop for JHHS will give you the opportunity to check default settings, use previously completed carts to place orders, check statuses, find vendors, view and change approvers, find Purchase Order numbers, create confirmations (goods receipts), and resolve R/3 Inbox issues on the live system. This workshop is intended for experienced users who want to learn advanced functionality and need to resolve real system issues.
Travel & Business Expense Workshop (3 hours)
The Travel & Business Expense Workshop will give you the opportunity to check a Travel or non-Travel Expense Report for yourself or someone else with assistance from a facilitator. This workshop is intended for users who need a "refresher" on basic functionality and the chance to place real reimbursements in the system.
Travel & Business Expense for the New User Training (6 hours)
The Travel & Business Expense for the New User Training will introduce participants to the SAP Travel and Expense Reimbursement process. The course will cover basic navigation, travel and expense reimbursment roles, changing personnel numbers, processing data needed, entering travel and non-travel expenses, displaying documents, editing documents, and saving documents. The course will also cover how to check approval workflow, attach and view documents, and check payment statuses. This course is intended for users with little or no experience.
Advanced Travel & Business Expense Workshop (2 hours)
The Advanced Travel and Expense Reimbursement Workshop for JHHS will give you the opportunity to locate documents, view statuses, edit and delete documents, add receipts to paid documents, attach documents, view workflow, research payments, and resolve R/3 Inbox issues using live data. This workshop is intended for experienced users who want to learn advanced functionality and/or need to resolve real system issues.
Cash Receipt Workshop (2 hours)
The Cash Receipt Workshop will give you the opportunity to submit a request for a Cash Journal, create a Cash Journal entry, post a Cash Journal entry to the General Ledger, and review reports related to a Cash Journal entry.
Petty Cash Till Workshop (3 hours)
The Petty Cash Till Workshop for JHHS will give you the opportunity to record a Petty Cash expense in the Cash Journal, request replenishment of the Petty Cash Till, and record replenishments of the Petty Cash Till in the Cash Journal.
