Filing a Complaint

Any employee who feels that he or she has been subjected to discrimination and/or harassment of any kind should bring these matters to our attention as soon as possible.
Employees may discuss the situation with the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and Diversity or, if they prefer, anyone in their management reporting chain.

All persons filing a complaint will be asked to complete an EEO Complaint Intake Form outlining the reasons why they feel they have been harassed or discriminated against.
