Live Near Your Work (LNYW) Grant Program

Learn how you may qualify for up to $17,000 toward the purchase of a home in designated areas of Baltimore City and reap the rewards of home ownership and urban community life in Baltimore City.  Urban living offers considerable benefits especially when one lives close to their place of work, including cutting commuting costs and travel time.  To Learn more about the Johns Hopkins Live Near Your Work program, please call the Office of Work, Life and Engagement at 443-997-7000 or visit http://hopkinsworklife.org/lnyw/index.cfm.  It is strongly recommended that interested applicants contact the Office of Work, Life and Engagement prior to beginning the house hunting process or the LNYW program application process.

In addition to the Live Near Your Work (LNYW) Grant Program that primarily offers financial assistance in Baltimore City, there are additional assisted programs offered through the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development.

These programs are called:

• House Keys 4 Employees (HK4E)
