Bonnie Windsor, RN, MS - Director
Bonnie has been the Director of Intrastaff since 1987 with full responsibility for the planning, operations, and financial accountability for Intrastaff. She works collaboratively with Johns Hopkins Health System leadership to continually assess the staffing needs and design strategies to effectively accommodate the demands of a dynamic healthcare environment. She is the Senior Director of Career Services and Intrastaff, was a pediatric nurse at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

Susan Goldsmith, CSP - Senior Recruitment Specialist
Sue started with Intrastaff in 1987. Throughout Sue's Intrastaff career she has worked her way through many of the positions within the company. Sue is a Certified Staffing Professional and has settled into a recruitment position. She focuses on administrative support and allied health and also manages the on-call service.

LaShana Griffin - Administrative Secretary
LaShana has many years of administrative experience and works “behind the scenes” to ensure the day-to-day administrative tasks are handled promptly.

Joseph (Jay) Kuhn Jr. - Administrative Coordinator
Jay joined Intrastaff in 2009 and is responsible for ensuring our employees' credentials are compliant with the Joint Commission as well as other regulatory authorities.  Jay is also responsible for working with the recruiters during applicants' employment processes.  Jay comes to Intrastaff with experience in human resources, management, and sales.

Mary Li - Allied Health Coordinator
Mary came to Intrastaff in 2001 as the Financial Coordinator handling the billing and payroll processing and then in 2004 assumed responsibility for staffing Certified Nursing Assistants, Technicians, and Allied Health positions. Currently Mary has responsibility for the recruiting and staffing of Allied Health positions.

Mandy Bartholow - Staffing Coordinator
Mandy comes to Intrastaff with several years experience as a Scheduling Coordinator of Certified Nursing Assistants with various healthcare agencies in the Baltimore area as well as Florida.  Mandy began her medical profession in 1998 as a CNA as well as a CNA preceptor in a high volume ER setting.  She worked as a per diem CNA for 5 years until becoming a Scheduling Coordinator.  Now Mandy is the CNA/Companion Staffing Coordinator at Intrastaff. 

Mary Dedeen Orola-Andrada, RN, BSN - Nursing Career Specialist
Dedeen has been a practicing nurse since 1992 - specializing in cardiology, critical care, transplant, and surgery.  She started full time at JHH in Anesthesia Intensive Care and PACU in January 1999.  She specialized in kidney and pancreas transplant nursing in November 2002 and was responsible for assessing, collaborating, coordinating and facilitating patient's education prior to surgery.

Beth Pennepacker - Payroll and Benefits Coordinator
Beth came to Intrastaff with several years experience in Customer Service and Human Resources and has been recognized for her work by The Joint Commission.  Beth is responsible for processing payroll and coordinates benefits with approved vendors.

Despina Roros - Billing and Finance Coordinator
Despina came to Intrastaff with several years experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service, and accounting.  Despina is responsible for the billing and financial reporting at Intrastaff.

Stephanie Wikes, RN, BSN – RN Staffing Coordinator
Stephanie began her nursing career in 1991 specializing in geriatrics and neurology.  Since then, she has worked as a travel nurse working in many hospitals throughout the United States.  In 1997, Stephanie came to work at The Johns Hopkins Hospital MICU and also gained experience in another Baltimore hospital in the PACU.  Stephanie is responsible for staffing nurses and other licensed staff for Intrastaff.

Roslyn Wilson - Staffing Coordinator
Roz started with Intrastaff in 1992 as a temporary receptionist and we were lucky enough to recruit her into a regular position as secretary. She was promoted to Staffing Associate in 1996, and again to Staffing Coordinator in 2001, scheduling the RN's, CNA's and most recently staffing for administrative positions. She also has shared responsibility for weekend on-call.

Bradley Wilt, RN, BSN, MBA - Staff Development and Quality Assurance Coordinator
Brad joined Intrastaff in 2009 with several years experience with nurse recruitment, unit management, nursing staffing agencies, and clinical experience in various areas.  Brad handles continuing education and compliance requirements for all Intrastaff clinical positions and received his MBA in Medical Services Management from The Johns Hopkins University.
