Staff Bios

Bonnie Windsor, RN, MS - Director
Bonnie has been the Director of Intrastaff since 1987 with full responsibility for the planning, operations, and financial accountability for Intrastaff. She works collaboratively with Johns Hopkins Health System leadership to continually assess the staffing needs and design strategies to effectively accommodate the demands of a dynamic healthcare environment. She is the Senior Director of Career Services and Intrastaff, was a pediatric nurse at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

Susan Goldsmith - Senior Recruitment Specialist
Sue started with Intrastaff in 1987. Throughout Sue's Intrastaff career she has worked her way through many of the positions within the company. She has now settled into a recruitment position. She focuses on administrative support and allied health and also manages the on-call service.

Judy Gore, RN, BSN - Nurse Educator
Judy completed her nursing degree from a German nursing school in 2002.  She is an experienced critical care nurse with agency nursing experience, and is a great resource for Intrastaff nurses. 

LaShana Griffin - Administrative Secretary
LaShana has many years of administrative experience and works “behind the scenes” to ensure the day-to-day administrative tasks are handled promptly.

Kimberly Hartley - Operations Manager
Kim has responsibility for the daily operations of Intrastaff and ensures that the staff members are doing their best to assist you. She has been with Hopkins since 1995 and has a background in finance, HR and project management.

Mary Li - Allied Health Coordinator
Mary came to Intrastaff in 2001 as the Financial Coordinator handling the billing and payroll processing and then in 2004 assumed responsibility for staffing Certified Nursing Assistants, Technicians, and Allied Health positions. Currently Mary has responsibility for the recruiting and staffing of Allied Health positions.

Mary Dedeen Orola-Andrada, RN, BSN - Nursing Career Specialist
Dedeen has been a practicing nurse since 1992 - specializing in cardiology, critical care, transplant, and surgery.  She started full time at JHH in Anesthesia Intensive Care and PACU in January 1999.  She specialized in kidney and pancreas transplant nursing in November 2002 and was responsible for assessing, collaborating, coordinating and facilitating patient's education prior
to surgery.

Beth Pennepacker - Payroll and Benefits Coordinator
Beth came to Intrastaff with several years experience in Customer Service and Human Resources and has been recognized for her work by The Joint Commission.  Beth is responsible for processing payroll and coordinates benefits with approved vendors.

Despina Roros - Billing and Finance Coordinator
Despina came to Intrastaff with several years experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service, and accounting.  Despina is responsible for the billing and financial reporting at Intrastaff.

Suzanne Smallwood-Massey - Administrative Coordinator
Suzanne came to Hopkins through Intrastaff in 1993 and since then has gained progressive administrative experience in areas such as Psychiatry, Pathology, Oncology, and Human Resource.  Suzanne is responsible for assisting in the recruiting process as well as personnel file compliance.

Shilece Talley - Data Coordinator
Shilece came to Intrastaff with experience in staffing and recruiting.  Since joining Intrastaff, Shilece has been responsible for payroll, benefits, and internal compliance.

Stephanie Wikes, RN, BSN – RN Staffing Coordinator
Stephanie began her nursing career in 1991 specializing in geriatrics and neurology.  Since then, she has worked as a travel nurse working in many hospitals throughout the United States.  In 1997, Stephanie came to work at The Johns Hopkins Hospital MICU and also gained experience in another Baltimore hospital in the PACU.  Stephanie is responsible for staffing nurses and other licensed staff for Intrastaff.

Roslyn Wilson - Staffing Coordinator

Roz started with Intrastaff in 1992 as a temporary receptionist and we were lucky enough to recruit her into a regular position as secretary. She was promoted to Staffing Associate in 1996, and again to Staffing Coordinator in 2001, scheduling the RN's, CNA's and most recently staffing for administrative positions.
